IN PHOTOS: Linao East in Tuguegarao City Submerged Again Floodwaters
Several parts of Linao East in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan are now submerged again in floodwaters due to incessant rains.
A few weeks ago, Typhoon Ulysses causes severe devastation after lashing some parts of Luzon with heavy rains and violent winds. The powerful tropical cyclone has also trigged flooding in Marikina City, Cagayan, and Isabela.
The severe flooding damaged numerous houses and establishment in the area. the incident left thousands of residents stranded and left with little or nothing after the flood washed out their possessions.
A Twitter user named Romel M Lopez has shared the photos of some areas submerged in floodwaters in Linao East, Tuguegarao City. The areas experienced flood again due to the incessant rains over the past few days.
The frontal system causes incessant rains in the area, which triggers flooding again. The flooding causes problem and contribute to the burden of the residents after suffering from severe flooding a few weeks ago due to Typhoon Ulysses.
