Group of 4 Teenagers Found Dead After Crossing River to Deliver Modules

Four teenagers have passed away after crossing a river in Biñan City, Laguna to deliver modules, three of them are minors.

A group of young people have been found dead in Biñan City, Laguna after drowning while reportedly crossing a river. The kids were supposed to deliver self-learning modules to their point of destination.

Three of the young victims are minors with age ranging from six, 13, and 15-year-old. The group is on their way to deliver the class modules when the incident happened. The family of the victims start to worry after the group failed to return home.

The authorities believed that the victims drowned due to the strong current of water along the river. The police officers are still investigating the incident.

However, a lot of netizens are wondering why minors are involved in delivery self-learning modules, which is not a part of their responsibility. The Department of Education has started to distribute modules to let students learn amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
