PAGASA – Easterlies To Bring Scattered Rains Over Part Of PH This November 23, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 23, 2020 (Monday).
The latest weather update from the state bureau says that Visayas, Bicol Region and Caraga will face cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm due to easterlies or winds blowing from the east on this day.
According to GMA News, the bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur during times of light to moderate to heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Ilocos Region, the northeast monsoon or amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau also warned that Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Based on the report, Luzon and Visayas will face moderate to rough coastal waters while Mindanao will face slight to moderate in Mindanao.
