Albay Residents in Fear After Huge Hole Occurs Due to Series of Typhoons
A huge hole caused by massive erosion occurs in Brgy. San Roque, Malilipot, Albay after struck by series of powerful typhoons.
Over the past few weeks, a series of powerful typhoons have struck the Philippines causing devastation over some regions. Typhoons such as Quinta, Rolly, and Ulysses displaced several residents.
The tropical cyclones also trigger severe flooding in Metro Manila and its nearby areas leaving thousands of residents with damaged houses and even nothing to start with.
A Facebook user named Liechar Arrba has shared the terrifying photos of a huge hole found by the residents of Albay. The horrifying photos are now circulating online and garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that a large hole appeared in Malilipot, Albay due to soil erosion, which is consumed some part of the land. The hole swallowed some part of the road and destroyed several houses.
The residents have been advised to leave the area immediately due to the possibility that it might sunk.
