Typhoon Ulysses: Meralco Customers No Electricity For Indefinite Days

No electricity for Meralco customers due to Typhoon Ulysses

The typhoon Ulysses caused power interruption to 3.8 million customers of Meralco and this will be a problem for an indefinite number of days.

Before 2020 ended, the Philippines has suffered from strong typhoons, aside from the deadly COVID-19. A few days ago, typhoon Rolly hit the country and left a devastating scenario in the Bicol region. Then, it was followed by typhoon Siony.

This week, another strong typhoon entered the Philippine area of responsibility. Typhoon Ulysses brings strong wind and rain and caused the Marikina river to overflow. Several areas in the National Capital Region were already flooded and some residents are already spotted at their roof just to be safe from the rushing waters.
