PAGASA – Trough Of Tropical Storm Siony To Bring Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rains Over Parts Of PH This November 4, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 4, 2020 (Wednesday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that Tropical Storm Siony continues to move in the south southwest direction, while the Northeasterly Surface Windflow will be affecting northern Luzon.

According to GMA News, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon and the Bicol Region will face cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Trough of Tropical Storm Siony. Flash floods or landslides may occur due to scattered light to moderate to occasionally heavy rains.

Northeasterly Surface Windflow will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Tropical Storm Siony (internationally called Atsani) was last spotted at about 700 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes. It is packed with maximum sustained winds of 85 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 105 kilometers per hour. It is moving slowly in the south southwest direction.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow will be faced by the rest of Luzon.

The rest of the country will facepartly cloudy skies to at times cloudy with rain showers or thunderstorm due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, Northern Luzon and the eastern section of central and southern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast to northwest direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The western section of central Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the southwest to southeast direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the southwest to west direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
