Here’s a look inside the cozy home of Xian Lim where he’s lived for 10 years.
XIAN LIM – Kapamilya actor Xian Lim finally opens doors of the cozy house where he spent 10 years of his life already located in Antipolo.
The latest Youtube entry of Kapamilya actor Xian Lim is a tour of his cozy home where he lived for 10 years along with his mom and his lola. Accordingly, the building was built during early ’80s and since he moved in, he never made any major changes to its structure apart from the one which he turned to high ceiling for spacious illusion of the living area although it’s already huge even with low ceiling.
First he showed is his living room which showed his interest for stones and other things related to it. It is bright and open and what made it more pleasing in the eyes is the neutral colors of the walls, decorations, and the furniture. This is his favorite area.
Next is his newly-decorated attic which he said is an excellent place to entertain guests. It has plush chairs and sofas and an industrial-style center table. He shared, “I kind of like mixing the whole place up. Ayoko ‘yung parang modern lang tayo [or] eclectic lang. Gusto ko ‘yung halo-halo ‘yung mga bagay, eh.”
Truly, his whole house is a mix of modern to eclectic to industrial accents and designs. Famous as someone who is a fitness buff, he showed his gym complete with equipment with the view of their pool. He also showed the van where he accordingly stayed more time then his house as per video.
