INTRAMUROS TOUR – WanderManila did a virtual tour of Intramuros as they narrate horror stories of the place for this year’s Halloween season.

In time of the Halloween season, WanderManila gave a treat to thousands of people as they did a tour virtually of the famous Intramuros in Manila. This historical place is also called as the “walled city” and it is one of the places in Philippines that has the richest of stories of the past.

It was built by the Spaniards around 1571 and now, it is the countries testament standing tall for the country’s challenging past. It strong infrastructure has defied and repelled numerous attacks throughout history and stopped the Dutch, the Portuguese and the Chinese to infiltrate the city.

However, aside from rich stories of the past that this city has witnessed, this place is also known for its horror stories which the group WanderManila has shared a few of it to thousands of people who watched their virtual tour of it.

Just in time of the Halloween season, the group share stories of how the piano in Plaza San Luis would just suddenly make without someone to maneuver it, the moving objects inside Casa Manila Museum, and the spirit of a woman who jumped out of the window.

They also talked about the killed priest in San Agustin Church named Vicente Sepulveda, the negative energy in Fort Santiago, and many others. The head tour guide also shared a horrific situation discovered in that place: “When the American forces liberated Fort Santiago from the Japanese in 1945, they found over 600 decomposing body piled on top, one on top of the other.”

The live virtual of the group has reached 21,000 viewers.
