Jericho Rosales is set to shoot a movie in the US
A-list actor Jericho Rosales shared that he has an upcoming movie project that will be shot in Los Angeles, California.
Jericho has done several films that brought out his versatility. From his humble beginning, he was able to pave his way to stardom. It is known to many that the actor started his showbiz career after he won the Mr. Pogi contest of Eat Bulaga.
From that, he is set to bring his talent to a larger scale. Talking to ABS-CBN News report Yong Chavez, the actor revealed that he is set to travel to LA in March next year to shoot a film.
“It may push through, it may not push through because of COVID, we don’t know. But I’m hoping fingers crossed by March, I will be there,” Jericho Rosales shared.
The actor has not divulged further details about this project yet. Meanwhile, his short film Basurero is now playing in US film festivals. It can also be watched on iWant TFC.
The said film has received positive feedback as Jericho played the role of a fisherman who had to accept work of dumping murdered bodies in order to earn more as his catch is no longer enough for his family.
Playing the role of a financially challenged individual is relatable for Jericho Rosales. At an early age, he was already working to support his family. The actor said that he is very much thankful that he was given the chance to be in the entertainment industry.
“Acting was such a blessing for me. That opened up so many opportunities for me and that opened my mind to like the things that I really wanted to do,” he shared.
