Isabel Rivas Proud Tita on Michelle Gumabao Despite Loss on Ms. Universe Philippines
Veteran actress Isabel Rivas still a proud tita on her niece Michelle Imperial Gumabao despite failing to the get the crown on Ms. Universe Philippines.
Although the crown was not won, Miss Universe Philippines finalist Michele Imperial Gumabao received love from her Kapamilya. Gumabao was titled the second runner up in the Miss Universe Philippines event this Sunday, October 25 at the Baguio Country Club.
Meanwhile, in a Facebook post by Michele’s aunt Isabel Rivas, she shared that she’s still proud on her niece’s pride following her failure to be the represent of the Miss Universe pageant.
“Friends: Our Michele Imperial Gumabao may have not won, but in our hearts Michele you are our queen!” she wrote on her caption.

As an aunt who saw the efforts of her niece, the veteran actress is proud of Michele’s achievement in her competition. Isabel is also a “proud tita” on Michele for taking the risk to survive in the competition along with whole world also batting against the health crisis cause by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
“Our respect of your faith, hard work, perseverance, sincerity beauty, passion, kindness & discipline will take you to higher achievements from here onwards,” Rivas said.
“This experience will be your fuel to take more risks and success in the coming days!! Kudos to a beautiful woman!!” she added.
Miss Universe Philippines is the second beauty pageant Michele joined. In 2018, she was crowned Miss Binibining Pilipinas Globe as the country’s representative at the Miss Globe beauty pageant where she was recognized as Miss Social Media Dream Girl and finished in the Top 15 placement.
