Winwyn Marquez says no to online ligawan
Beauty queen-actress Winwyn Marquez said that she does not want to engage in “online ligawan” when her being single became a topic.
Winwyn’s previous relationship was with Kapuso actor Mark Herras who is now engaged with actress Nicole Donesa and the couple is now expecting for their first baby.
After Win and Mark broke up, the actress remained single. She also clarified that they broke up in good terms and that it was their mutual decision. When asked to react to the new relationship of her ex-boyfriend, Winwyn said that people should let the couple be happy.
Despite being single, Winwyn Marquez said that she is happy, based on the article from Bandera. “I’m happy being single, I’m OK alone. Meron naman diyan sa paligid-ligid (manliligaw), but it’s not a priority right now,” the actress shared.
Although there are men who wanted to court her, the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 said that she does not want to start relationship as of now.
“It’s difficult, I don’t want to do zoom or online ligawan. No! Ha-hahaha!” Winwyn said.
Meanwhile, the actress is set to finish her training as Navy reservist this November. She share that after several weeks of training, she can say that her perspective about many things changed.
Undergoing intensive training helped her develop her abilities and good traits. “Kung ‘yung disiplina ko nasa 100%, ngayon nasa mga 200%. ‘Yung patience ko, lahat, the way I analyze things, the way I observe things, the way I treat people also, talagang with very much patience,” she said.
Winwyn Marquez also said that being a beauty queen is not just the only title that she aspired. She said that having the “reservist” title is making her proud.
