Niece Express Dismay to Officials Who Gives Insulting Quarantine Pass to Her Uncle
A disappointed niece expresses fury towards barangay officials who give insulting quarantine pass to her uncle who is unable to read.
The use of quarantine pass is being implemented in some parts of the country that are being placed under strict community quarantine. This will prove which barangay you belong to and used to be able to leave their house to buy their needs.
However, some are taking advantage of the said pass. Some are being arrested for falsification and forgery. Aside from that, there are people who also take advantage of the weakness of others and even make it a joke.
Just like what happened to Maricar Cruz Sevilla’s uncle who was humiliated and make fun by officials in their barangay who distribute quarantine pass. The incident caused her to express her resentment on social media.
“Sobrang daming taong mapagsamantala ngayon. Porket hindi nakababasa yung tao ganito ibibigay n’yong quarantine pass,” she wrote in her post.

In her post, a photo was shared where the quarantine pass made for his uncle was being unfair and insulting. In the photo show, her uncle was named “Kobe Panget” and a funny picture was also placed for his identification.
According to Maricar, she only found out about it when she looked at her uncle’s quarantine pass. She said her uncle was humiliated as the distributors are confident because he can not read.
“Alam nyo na hindi nakakabasa at hindi nya alam na nilalait nyo na sya sa quarantine pass na ginawa nyo sa kanya. Nasan po yung puso nyo? Sinamantala nyo yung tao,” she added.
Her resentment online has gone viral and caught the attention of Filipino netizens. Even netizens did not like what they did to her uncle. Netizens say It is depressing because whoever else is educated, they are the ones who misbehave like this.
