‘Bida’ roles go to Heaven Peralejo and Barbie Imperial
Young actresses Heaven Peralejo and Barbie Imperial got the ‘bida’ status after Julia Barretto left Star Magic.
Julia was supposed to the TV series Cara Y Cruz. She shared in an interview that she was present in all the pre-production events that were needed for the preparation.
However, it was really announced that she left the talent management company of ABS-CBN and transferred to Viva Artist Agency. In line with the change in her management, Julia is not doing the series also.
She revealed that it is because ABS-CBN prefers a talent from Star Magic to do the project. This also clarified the allegation that she just suddenly left the series unannounced.
Because of Julia’s exit from the series, based on the article from Pang-Masa, Heaven Peralejo and Barbie Imperial will take her place. Heaven and Barbie were supposed to do supporting roles only. The said also got a new title and it is now ‘Bagong Umaga‘.
Heaven shared this post on her Instagram account as she is thankful for the opportunity. “AHHHH THIS IS IT! Super grateful for being entrusted with this project that it outweighs all the pressure!” she wrote.
Also included in the cast are Tony Labrusca, Jason Ejercito, Yves Flores, and Michelle Vito. Barbie Imperial also shared the same post of her Instagram account promoting their new series that is set to be released this October.
