Filipina beauty doctor Vicki Belo expressed excitement as she was featured on the South China Morning Post.
It is no doubt that Vicki is one of the most popular beauty doctors not just in the Philippines as her name and her company’s reputation have been known in other parts of the globe already.
A proof to this was seen in her recent post on her Instagram account. The celebrity doctor shared a screenshot of an article from SCMP about the surge in the number of people getting cosmetic surgery amid the pandemic.
It was stated that amid the COVID-19 pandemic, more people are indulge in having extensive procedures and not just minor ones because they have more time to heal. The reason for this is that they have more time to spend at home rather than to go out attending events.
“With no social gatherings to attend to, and a mask to cover half of our faces, the demand for surgical procedures have significantly increased,” Vicki Belo said in the caption of her post.
She added that their patients do not mind the “downtime” as they have more time to recover. The celebrity doctor also expressed gratitude towards SCMP for featuring her.
