Filipino Couple Rescue Passengers From Burning Car in California
SAN PABLO DAM ROAD, CALIFORNIA – A Filipino couple showed an act of heroism after rescuing some passengers from a burning car.
A helpful Filipino couple identified as Elvis and Sue Ricafort earns praises and admiration from a lot of people after helping the passengers from a burning car in San Pablo Dam Road in California last Friday (October 2, 2020).
The hero couple did not hesitate to help the passengers trapped inside of a burning vehicle. Some other residents also came and attempted to rescue the driver and its passenger. The incident has been also filmed by some residents.
The residents were able to rescue the driver but the passenger were left trapped inside the car due to the scorching flame. However, the driver eventually died at the hospital after suffering injuries due to the incident.
The victims have been identified as Gearry Terry Brown Jr., 37-year-old and his father Gearry Sr, 70-year-old.

The Ricafort couple also said that the victim’s family thanked them for their act of heroism and attempt to save their loved ones although they have died due to the incident.
