Broadway star Lea Salonga reacted when singer-director-producer Seth MacFarlane said “yes” to their possible duet.

Lea is one of the Filipino artists who was able to penetrate the international stage. Despite her superstar status, Lea is also a fan and she is not afraid to show his fangirling moments.

Just recently, K-Pop fans were mesmerized that someone like would also love this genre of music. Lea admitted that she is a fan of the South Korean pop group BTS. She even wrote about this in her column in Inquirer.

During an interview, Lea was asked who is her dream duet and without hesitation and with “kilig”, she revealed that it is Seth MacFarlane. It can been in the the video clip from the interview how the Broadway star fangirls over the singer.

“I love him so much. He is so amazing, that voice, that voice I’m like.. melt into a puddle of…yeah,” Lea said. Upon hearing this, Seth MacFarlane flashed a wide smile.

He said that Lea Salonga is an incredible singer and is “one of the great voices out there”. Seth jokingly said that the Pinay singer should raise her standards. Hearing what Lea said is truly an honor and he revealed that his sister has been listening to the Pinay singer for years.

Then, Seth said that he wants to do a duet with Lea. The “yes” from the Family Guy and The Orville creator hyped up the Broadway star.
