DPWH SEC. VILLAR – Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar serenade his wife Emmeline Aglipay-Villar on their 6th wedding anniversary.

A husband tries their best to impress their wife during their wedding anniversary. It’s quite a nerve-wrenching task but they try their best to win the love.

This occasion is that day which men can’t forget as a husband because this is probably the best time to make his wife fall for him once again. There are a lot of things a husband can do to impress his wife such as buying a big bouquet of flowers, diamond rings, or necklaces.

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar decided to impress his wife Justice Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay-Villar by playing a sax rendition of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley. Villar showed off his saxophone skills to mark their 6th wedding anniversary recently.

Mark Villa’s wife proudly shared a clip of her husband playing the saxophone on her Instagram post on Thursday, October 1. In the caption, she thanked him for making their wedding anniversary memorable.

“Thank you for making our anniversary the most memorable yet,” she said.

In a separate IG post, Emmeline Aglipay-Villar said she’s lucky to have Villar as her husband. “Mark’s languages of love are acts of service, quality time and gifts,” she said.

“He would always find ways to make life more comfortable and easier for me without me having to ask him to do it,” she added.

Mark and Emmeline tied the knot in October 2014. He is the son of billionaire businessman Manuel Villar and Senator Cynthia Villar.
