Did this Converge employee pose threat against Liza Soberano following her rant?
LIZA SOBERANO – Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano speaks about alleged threat coming from an employee of her former internet provider.
In a previous article, Kapamilya star and vlogger Liza Soberano ranted on social about how unhappy she is as a customer over the internet speed of Converge ICT. The 22-year-old actress called them out and when someone told her to switch to another provider, she shared that she still have a 3-year contract with them which makes it such a waste of money for her due to their poor service.
However, another internet service provider came in to rescue her from her dilemma and since then, she’s proud to always say she doesn’t experience lag with them which she is most thankful about. To her, internet is essential especially amid the pandemic because people attends school, business meetings, and among other important incident online.
After her rant, she was threatened that her personal information will be leaked which made her angry and now, another threat was posed to her coming from her former internet provider head. The threat wasn’t directly told to the actress but it has made netizens abuzz and something that Liza is not going to pass through as such threat is not a joke.
Netizens said that this kind of threat is not a simple matter and they encouraged the actress to do something about it as a screen shot from someone named “Melissa Olaes” has surfaced online. From bad customer service to data privacy violation, people were in fury over the threat to the actress which comes with a fact that it has come from a woman like her.
