Wil Dasovich Says He Will Create a Meaningful Tribute Video For Lloyd Cadena

WIL DASOVICH – Youtube star Wil Dasovich said he will create a meaningful tribute video for his friend Lloyd Cafe Cadena.

Filipino vlogger Lloyd Café Cadena died two weeks ago due to a heart attack precipitated by COVID-19. Until now, the entire Filipino Youtube vlogging community and his celebrity friends mourn his passing.

Filipino-American model, tv personality, and vlogger Wil Dasovich is one of Lloyd’s most devastated colleagues. He said this the first time he experiences losing a close friend.

On Sunday, September 13, Wil Dasovich uploaded a short vlog called “Miss you…” on his Youtube Channel. He talked about how Lloyd Cadena’s untimely passing affected him.

“There are only a handful of people that can get you excited every time you see them. Lloyd did this better than anyone I know. Every time I saw him it was the same three words, ‘I miss you.’ We never got to see him enough and every time he left, it was bitin. Palaging bitin kahit tatlong araw sabay sabay. Bitin pa rin. But you know, I never took any moment for granted in showing how much love I had for him. He really made the world a happier place. There hasn’t been an easy day since he left,” he said.

Wil Dasovich shared Lloyd Cadena has been very supportive in his vlogging career so he decided to create a tribute video to honor his friend. He said he will not rush in making the video because he wants it to be meaningful. He said the proceeds from his vlog will go to Lloyd’s bereaved family.

“It’s been a really tough week since the passing of Lloyd and none of this has sunk in yet. It’s still shocking and unbelievable and si Lloyd siya yung pinaka close ever na kaibigan ko na pumanaw. I’ve never experienced someone this close to me pass away so this is new and I’m learning how to I guess just cope with all this…

He explained, “I’ve been receiving hundreds and hundreds of messages from fans with good intentions who are waiting for me to make a video, a tribute video on his life and that’s something I definitely will do but it will take some time because it’s a really fresh wound and I think you have to be 100% there to be able to be creative and come up and create something meaningful. Something that’s good, something that does his life, everything he stood for, everything he represented, justice.”
