Vice Ganda And Ion Perez Did The 1000-Peso Gift Challenge For Monthsary
1000-PESO GIFT CHALLENGE – Vice Ganda and Ion Perez wanted to celebrate their monthsary with a twist.
Instead of going for expensive items, Vice and Ion challenged themselves to find a gift not surpassing P1,000. In Vice’s latest vlog, he said:
Today let us make it more special. Let us do a challenge. Ang challenge namin hahanap kami ng regalo para sa isa’t isa pero kailangan ang regalo hindi lalagpas sa 1000 pesos.
Obviously, Vice and Ion could get each other whatever they wanted. But, gifts aren’t always about how expensive it is. Instead, it’s the thought and the meaning behind these gifts that make it special. Ion himself said that P1,000 is too much for a gift. “Sobra pa nga ‘to eh, ako pa.. alam ko ma a-apreciate mo”, Ion said.
Ion also added that Vice appreciates the little things. He also emphasized that an expensive gift doesn’t do much if the person doesn’t like the gift. So, Ion joke that he’d just give vice a kilo of “tuyo”.
After an hour and thirty minutes of looking for a gift, Ion decided to give Vice accessories with his Zodiac sign, Aries, and also a symbol of Buddha for good health. Meanwhile, Vice gave Ion bicycle grips because he’d been into biking as of late.
“Pagnagba-bike ka kahit hindi tayo magkasama, hawak-hawak mo ako kasi hawak mo ‘yan. Parang hawak-hawak mo na rin ako kapag nagba-bike ka“, the comedian told Ion.
