Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque Now Under Isolation After Guard Contracted Coronavirus Disease
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque is now under a self-isolation period after one his security staffer tested positive for COVID-19.

On Monday (September 7, 2020), Harry Roque announced that he chooses to isolate himself from the public after one of his security staffers tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019.
Roque explained that he is not experiencing any signs and symptoms of the contagious disease but he still chooses to undergo self-isolation to comply with health protocols and quarantine guidelines being implemented by the government.

“Nag-positive po yung aking isang security detail. Wala naman po aking sintomas pero we’re following protocol po,” Roque said in a statement during a Palace briefing.
