Aside from the transmission network, Harry Roque asked if they could also use their materials.

HARRY ROQUE – Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque thanks ABS-CBN for offering their transmission network and asked if they could also use their materials.

In a previous article, the recently shut down ABS-CBN network offered the government to use their transmission network. Being the biggest media company in the country, they have the widest transmission network in the country with 35 regional television stations, 16 FM stations, and 3 AM stations.

This is after the House committee rejected their franchise renewal application and killed their broadcasting operations last July 10. Their aim is to continue serving the people despite being shut down through offering their transmission network to show educational programs for student amid this pandemic.

With this, through Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, they thanked the network they have closed but aside from that, they also asked them if they could also use their materials. This has left a bad taste to a lot of people.

He said, “Kung gobyerno po ang gagamit, salamat po; at baka naman pupuwedeng gamitin iyong transmission at iyong mga materyales ng ABS-CBN.”

Here are some of the comments of the people from the post:

Matapos nyong gipitin, gusto nyo kunin nyo lahat.

To recall, Roque once expressed a shad joke to Willie Revillame indicating that he’s now reigning because the other network has been closed. To which the host has lambasted saying that he is grateful to the network despite everything because it them who gave the opportunity for him to be this famous.
