This is what Vina Morales shared about daughter Ceana
Singer-actress Vina Morales opened up about the relationship that her daughter Ceana has with businessman Cedric Lee.
Vina and Cedric had a relationship and they were blessed were a daughter. However, their love story did not bloom further as conflicts between them occurred. Their relationship problem even reached the court.
The singer-actress filed a kidnapping case against the businessman and the latter was found guilty. On the other hand, Cedric filed cyber libel cases against his former partner in several courts.
Vina Morales shared just recently, that the libel case filed in Caloocan City was already dismissed and she thankful for this. Talking to Bandera columnist Reggee Bonoan, the singer-actress shared an update on the custody case that Cedric filed.
“He is married with two kids and I am a single mother, so Ceana stays with me. There was a visitation but that incident happened na hindi nabalik ang anak ko for 9 days and we filed for kidnapping in Madaluyong City which he was found guilty,” Vina shared.

Cedric was not jailed because he is the father of Ceana. When asked if the businessman is visiting his daughter, Vina said that it is not possible now because of the pandemic.
Then, the singer-actress was asked if Cedric is doing the effort to at least communicate with Ceana through video call. “It’s Ceana’s decision if gusto niya kausapin si Ced. For now, hindi sila nag-uusap,” Vina Morales answered.
Amid the pandemic, Vina is still thankful that she still has showbiz projects. She is currently the host of Tagisan ng Galing Part 2 on Net25.
