JINKEE PACQUIAO – Here are some of the must-see photos of the first house of Jinkee Pacquiao in General Santos City that caught social media attention.
Previously, Jinkee Pacquiao took us into a tour inside their mansion in General Santos City and every corner definitely screams of wealth. As much as we are all aware of, their money has come from the hard work of their patriarch, boxing legend and senator Manny Pacquiao.
And just recently, she posted some of the best views we can find inside their GenSan mansion, her first house, as she expressed how glad she is to have come back in there. She said in a post, “Happy to visit my first house again!”
Accordingly, the house sits at 2,300 square meter lot and she shared a photo of their grand staircase giving off a dramatic air inside their home. The living area can also bee seen decorated with lavish-looking décor and furniture.
She also took a shot of their spacious dining room with sleek and posh designs. It boasts the chandelier from up above which give the overall look a classic feeling.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, one of their properties located in Forbes Park in Makati is out in the market and it is worth Php 1.5 billion. They bought it at Php 388 million and had it renovated. Accordingly, that particular property is a peace offering of Manny to Jinkee.
According to Manny’s statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth (SALN) in 2016, the Forbes mansion is just one of his over 100 owned real-estate properties. He has a total net worth of Php 3.072 billion to which Php 1.569 billion came from his properties while the remaining are from his other possessions.
