Over the past few days, the Kapuso Kapuso broadcaster Arnold Clavio and former OFW Sarah Balabagan become one of the most controversial topics on social media due to a new controversy.
The two become the headlines of several local news outlets and social media pages after Balabagan revealed that she and Clavio had an affair in the past. The ex-Pinay OFW admitted that the Kapuso journalist is the father of her first child.

BIOGRAPHY
Sarah is a Pinay Overseas Filipino Worker who was sentenced to death after killing her employer due to abuse and maltreatment. However, she was eventually released and returned to the Philippines.

EARLY LIFE
The controversial woman grew up in a poor family in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao with 13 siblings but only six survived. Some of her siblings died due to disease because their family could not afford their medication.

The lady only reached Grade 5 and stopped studying due to financial constraints. At the age of 14, she worked as OFW in Dubai, United Arab Emirates but experienced abuse from her employer.
CASE
Sarah Balabagan stabbed her employer Almas Mohammed al-Baloushi on July 19, 1994, to defend herself. She was guilty of manslaughter and was seven years imprisonment and ordered to pay 150,000 dirhams as blood money.

- Her story has been also features in the 1997 Philippine film entitled “The Sarah Balabagan Story”.
- She also become a singer and appeared in several TV shows with Geri Halliwell.
