Paolo Ballesteros Said This About The “New Normal”
NEW NORMAL – TV Actor Paolo Ballesteros admits that he was facing difficulties in adjusting with the “New Normal”.
Amidst the health crisis the Philippines is facing, several protocols have been imposed to curve the spread of the virus. Among these protocols are wearing face masks and face shields. However, Ballesteros said he was having a hard time working with a face mask on.
Based on an article from Push, Ballesteros said:
Feeling ko nga hindi talaga ako makakapag-adjust lalo na sa face mask. Oo ang hirap. Nahihirapan akong huminga,” pag-amin ng aktor sa dinaranas niyang hirap
Still, the actor admits that he had no choice but to follow safety protocols. “Ang hirap talaga, pero siyempre eto na tayo ngayon, eh, mag-a-adjust ka talaga, gagawan mo ng paraan. And yon nga, I think matagal pa ito”, he added.
Additionally, he said that he thinks that there would still be a long time before the pandemic dies out. Along with this, he said that even with a vaccine or cure, you couldn’t risk yourself to not wear face masks and face shields.
Furthermore, he explained that it’s physically difficult to see the facial reaction of the people you’re with due to the face shield barrier.
Paolo is one of the hosts of the TV5 game show “Bawal na Game Show”. As per the article, he said that in the midst of a pandemic, people shouldn’t be thinking about network wars.
