Lady Netizen Warns Public About Fake Delivery Rider Making Transactions at Night
A lady netizen shared her horrifying experience with a fake delivery rider who is waiting outside of her home.
A Facebook user named Ayi Alamil has shared her hair-raising experience after she saw an unidentified man pretending to be a delivery rider outside her house. The post garnered various reactions from the social media users.
Alamil said that an unidentified man messaged her that she has her delivery although she is not expecting a delivery during that day. She hesitates to go out of her house because there is an 8 pm to 5 am curfew in the area.
The parcel reportedly arrived at 8:44 pm, so she tried to compare the message of a legit rider from the fake delivery rider. She really did not go outside due to fear that the man might do something bad to her.
The female netizen also warned the public about the modus operandi and reminds everyone to be extra careful with late-night transactions.

“May this serve as a warning to everyone and a reminder to be extra vigilant and to always, always double check if may deliveries po ba talaga and ‘wag i-open ang gate agad agad. Mahirap na po, maraming masasamang loob ngayon amidst the pandemic,” Alamil wrote on her post.
