DINGDONG DANTES – Kapuso actor Paul Salas has revealed the pricey and recent gift he received from his Ninong actor Dingdong Dantes.
Very generous – That’s what Paul Salas would describe his Ninong Dingdong Dantes to him as he would often shower him with memorable gifts. He recalled that the first gift he received from him was a Batman toy figure which he received when he’s just 7 years old.
And the recent Christmas, he received a watch – one from his collection of watches. He just joked about it at first but his Ninong – the generous as ever – never hesitated to gift it to him. It shocked him and it’s a Creux Automatiq which has two series – Diamondback and Ghost.
This kind of watch only has 100 pieces per model and a sold out. Its explore models is worth USD 1,550 or Php 77,903.00 in current exchange rate and the most expensive is the Ghost Forged Carbon CA-05 which has a price tag of USD 3,600 or Php 176,292.00 based on the brand’s website.
The young actor added, “Palagi rin po niyang sinusuot yung watch na yun. At gusto ko rin bumili ng watch na yun kasi, palagi niyang sinusuot. Kaso, medyo pricey nga. Biniro ko na lang siya na ganun at binigay niya sa akin.”
More than just a Ninong, Dantes is also someone he idolizes and admires as an actor. Dantes is one of the prized actors of the GMA network. Actually, he and his wife Marian Rivera are the King and Queen of primetime series.
