TOM RODRIGUEZ – The Kapuso actor reacted to the possibility of a “pandemic wedding” for him and his girlfriend, actress Carla Abellana.
Several celebrities found the love of their lives in the same field – the Philippine showbiz industry. Among them are Kapuso stars Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana.
Tom and Carla started as loveteam partners and good friends in real life. She came from a long-time relationship with Geoff Eigenmann while Tom was tight-lipped about his status then.
Collectively called as TomCar, the two (2) celebrities worked together in several successful projects including the television series My Destiny and My Husband’s Lover.

Both Tom and Carla have always been vocal of looking forward to spending their lives together. Previously, the actress shared that her dream wedding is a church wedding as both of them are Catholics.
Now that PH is dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Tom Rodriguez was asked of the possibility of a “pandemic wedding” for him and Carla Abella. Based on a report on Pep, the actor said that it is fine with him.
Tom said that his only requirement is to be the one next to Carla. However, speaking to Unang Hirit, the actor admitted that the actress does not welcome the idea of a pandemic wedding for them.
According to Tom, he has already asked Carla about getting wed amid the pandemic and she is not in favor to it. Meanwhile, on his part, he wants it to be “special” for her.
