Michael V Recovering After Testing Positive For COVID-19, Wants to Donate Plasma

MICHAEL V – GMA-7 comedian Michael V. said he wants to do his part after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

Kapuso comedian Michael V disclosed that he tested positive for COVID-19 in his July 20 vlog. He said he started experiencing flu-like symptoms on July 14.

In a previous article, the multi-awarded-comedian became the target of a death hoax after revealing his condition. He warned the public against the death hoax circulating online. In his interview with “24 Oras” last July 22, he said he is recovering from the disease. “I am getting better. Hindi pa rin 100% but I am getting better,” he said.

In his recent interview with “24 Oras,” Michael V said he is now recovering from COVID-19. He shared his experience recovering from coronavirus.

“Nung isang araw nagluluto ng yung kasambahay namin, na amoy ko from this room. Pero nung isenerve nya sakin, hindi ko na ma amoy. Magulo talaga,” Bitoy said.

Michael V said he wants to do his part after being diagnosed with coronavirus. He said he hopes that he can help other patients who are struggling with the virus by donating his plasma.

“Pag nagka complete na ako nung 14-days quarantine I think the responsible thing to do is mag donate para makatulong sa ibang kababayan natin at makatulong sa syensya sana kahit papano may ma e-ambag yung plasma ko para makahanap ng gamot o lunas dito sa sakit na to,” he said.
