Inconsiderate MAPA Personnel Caught on Camera Clamping Motorcycle Being Arranged by Rider Without Listening to Explanation
An inconsiderate MAPA personnel was caught on camera clamping the motorcycle being arranged by a rider at a parking lot.
The Facebook page “Motovated” has shared the video footage of a MAPA personnel clamping a motorcycle being arranged by a rider at a parking lot. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the rider arrived at his company’s parking lot and tried to arrange his workmate’s motorcycle so they could park properly. The rider finds difficulty in arranging the motorcycles.

After a few moments, a MAPA traffic enforcer arrived and accused the rider of illegally parking the motorcycle. The motorist tried to explain his side of the story but the cop did not listen. The road personnel suddenly clamped the motorcycle.
The motorcycle owner and the rider explained the whole incident but the traffic enforcer refused to listen and even showed an inconsiderate act. At the end of the video, the MAPA personnel has decided to issue a violation ticket towards them.
