Katy Perry Shares Why She Reconnected W/ Taylor Swift
KATY PERRY – American superstar Katy Perry revealed the reason why she reconnected with Taylor Swift.
American singer-songwriter Katy Perry has received various awards including 4 Guinness World Records, 5 American Music Awards (AMA), and 5 Billboard Music Awards. On May 5, she shocked her fans after she revealed that she’s pregnant with her first child with actor Orlando Bloom.
The superstar announced her pregnancy in the music video of her latest song “Daisies.” In her new interview with Howard Stern, she showed off her baby bump.
Based on a report from Clevver News, Katy Perry also talked about ending feud with singer Taylor Swift. Last year, the two made sure that the whole world knows that they have called off their years-long feud.

Katy Perry made a surprise cameo on Taylor Swift’s “You Need to Calm Down” music video. She said her appearance of the music video provided “an example of redemption for young girls.” She said she and Taylor now wish each other nothing but the best.
“Gossip and lies, they take the elevator. But the truth takes the stairs, and it just takes time… It’s hard for young girls, growing up [with] cliques and high school and pettiness and all that stuff.”
“Now we’re super friendly and I’ve always wanted the best for her and we can talk about the best we want for each other” she added.

Katy and Taylor Swift’s feud reportedly began after Katy “basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour,” Taylor claimed in her 2014 Rolling Stone cover story. Lots of people believe Taylor’s song “Bad Blood” was about Katy.
