A video blog from comedian Michael V has shocked the people and made it to the headlines. In his latest vlog is where he shared that he tested positive for the dangerous Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). He started to suffer from flu-like symptoms on July 14 and since then, he isolated himself.
Several days after, he took a swab test and in the long run, he lost his sense of taste. And when his result came, it said “SARS-Cov-2 (causative agent of COVID-19) viral RNA DETECTED”. He talk and communicate with his family through online applications and it breaks his heart not to see, talk, and see his wife and kids.
Now, his good friend OPM icon Ogie Alcasid has reacted to this and could only express it in an Instagram post. He said that he is always in his prayers and that he will surely be healed.
In an Instagram post, Ogie has written, “Always in my prayers my brother. Be healed in Jesus’s name. Love you bro.”
Comedy tandem Ogie and Bitoy worked together in late-night gag show “Bubble Gang” in GMA network before the former has decided to transfer network. Many hearts, meanwhile, were saddened over the positive COVID-19 test result of the Kapuso comedian. Aside loss of sense of taste, he also lost his sense of smell.
