SONNY ANGARA – The wife of the Senator, Tootsy Angara, revealed her side on the denial of the franchise bid of ABS-CBN network.
One of the topics that recently took the social media by storm was the denial of the franchise bid of ABS-CBN network. The House Franchise Committee voted last July 10 and it led to a 70-11 result not favoring the side of the network.
Countless hearts were undeniably left broken by the denied franchise bid of the Kapamilya network. Many of their employees were in tears upon hearing the result of the voting.
Also, several celebrities aired their sadness over the decision of the House Committee. Meanwhile, some personalities tried hard to be optimistic about what is happening now.

Recently, a wife of a politician, Tootsy Angara who’s also part of the Kapamilya network, broke her silence on the denial of its franchise bid. She’s emotional over the happenings.
In an Instagram post, Tootsy Angara stated that her husband, Sen. Sonny Angara, told her that for two (2) nights before the eve of her 24th year with ABS-CBN, she was crying herself to sleep. She admitted that she is angry over what is happening.
Tootsy stated that parents “inflicted pain” on other parents who have dreams and want better lives for their children. She is grieving over “grieving hearts and broken dreams”.
In her post, Tootsy also left a message for her Kapamilya. The wife of Sen. Sonny Angara stated that her “Kapamilya” knows how much she cares and loves them. She recalled their wonderful moments and expressed her love for them. Here’s her Instagram post:
