KORINA SANCHEZ – The Kapamilya lifestyle host revealed her side following the denial of the ABS-CBN Network’s franchise bid.

July 10 is one of the most-awaited days for many employees and supporters of the ABS-CBN Network. It is set to be the day when the House Representative Committee on Legislative Franchises will decide on the fate of the Kapamilya network’s franchise.

The franchise of ABS-CBN has expired and the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) released a Cease and Desist Order against it. Immediately, the network’s broadcast operation went off-air.

Yesterday, a lot of people were hopeful that ABS-CBN will be given a new franchise. However, with a 70-11 voting, the House Franchise Committee denied the franchise bid of the Kapamilya network.
