Tourists Brutally Beat Seal Unconscious So Children Can Take Photos
TOURISTS BEAT SEAL UNCONSCIOUS – A horrific scene transpired as a group of tourists dragged a seal out the water and beat it with stones and bats.
According to witnesses present at the beach, a group of men dragged the seal and beat when it came close to shore. The incident was said to be located in the eastern coastal regions of the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.
In the video uploaded to 9gag, we could see the men as they gruesomely beat the seal so it would be rendered unconscious. What’s more concerning, is that the men merely did this so they could have pictures with it.
Based on local reports, the men used boulders and bats they found close to the beach. After they knocked the poor creature out, the families took pictures and had fun with the seal.
Afterward, they threw the lifeless body of the poor creature back to the ocean. Sadly, people weren’t sure if the poor and defenseless animal survived.
Meanwhile, upon hearing of this incident, Saken Dildakhmet, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Ecology, Geology, and Natural Resources stated:
The way people acted in the video is outrageous and wild. Such an attitude can cause great damage to the fauna of the Caspian Sea and adversely affect the behavior of these animals who may become aggressive and attack people. We ask you to show respect to nature.
