3 Individuals Arrested In Drug Bust In Bulacan On Tuesday Night
DRUG BUST IN BULACAN – Three individuals, among them were two foreign nationals and a Filipino, were arrested in a drug bust in Bulacan on Tuesday night.
According to Inquirer, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) spokesperson Derrick Carreon said in his initial report that the suspects were identified as Chinese nationals Zhicheng Lu and Feiyue Shi, and Elgine Monzaga, their accomplice.
They were arrested in a drug bust operation that was conducted by agents of PDEA National Capital Region and PDEA Bulacan provincial office in Barangay Caysio in the municipality of Sta. Maria at 11:50 PM on Tuesday.
Based on the report, retrieved from the suspects were one kilogram of shabu (crystal meth) which is worth at about P6.8 million, a cellphone, passport and vehicle that were used in the drug deal.
The 3 individuals were under the custody of PDEA. They will be charged for violating Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic Act No. 9165).
Last week, two women in Lower Bicutan in the city of Taguig were arested in a buy bust operation.

The women were arrested by operatives from the Northern Police District and were identified under the aliases Sittie and Julie.
Sittie is recognized as the supplier for street pushers and sold drugs to her accomplices via online before delivering them to their residences.
The 2 women will be charged for violation of Section 28 of Republic Act 10591, Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act; Section 11 of R.A. 9165, Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002; Section 3 of Commonwealth Act No. 142, Regulating the Use of Alias.
