Is this the original post of the Rolex watch that Sharon Cuneta showed off on her Instagram account?
Megastar Sharon Cuneta showed off fancy Rolex watch on her Instagram account with a caption that infuriated many but blogger Thinking Pinoy showed that it was grabbed from Rolex Israel’s IG account.
To recall, the singer-actress wrote this caption: “You. They might never have you. Because they are bad people. But I love you! And >>> Am wearing you now.” She shared this post when netizens criticized her for showing support to Vice President Leni Robredo and going against the Duterte administration who she supported previously.
The said post of Mega received a massive amount of criticism online even though she already deleted the said post.
Sharon, apparently, posted this last week. On the other hand, TP showed a side by side photo of the deleted post of the Megastar and the one that was posted on the IG account @watchshow_rolex_israel.
The latter was posted on June 29 while Sharon’s post was just this July and she said, “Am wearing you now.” However, the similarity between the two photos is undeniable and that included the same color of sweater wore by the person who was wearing the watch.
The watch’s face showed “Sunday, 29” and TP said that the closed 29th that falls on a Sunday was March 29, 2020. However, the Megastar mentioned that she was wearing the watch “now” (the time she posted the photo).

On Rolex Israel’s IG account, this photo was posted on June 29, 2020.
Then, Thinking Pinoy asked the following questions: “Is Sharon Rolex Tel Aviv’s newest hand model, or did Sharon simply rip off Rolex Tel Aviv’s promotional photo?”
The blogger also shared these wild possibilities why the photos looked the same: “Baka naman daw hinack ng Rolex Tel Aviv yung gallery ng phone ni Shawie or baka nag-teleport into the future ang Rolex Tel Aviv para igrab yung July photo ni Shawie para ipost on June 29th.”
