Based on the article from PEP, Juan wrote and sang the song with friend Kyle Capiles in 2019 without knowing that it will become a big hit. It became number 1 in Top Hits Philippines and Most-Streamed Daily on Spotify. Aside from this, the song also became one of the TikTok sensations and leads the hit lists on YouTube, Seezer, and iTunes.

Despite the success of this song, Juan remained grounded. He celebrated his 20th birthday by just buying fried chicken and spaghetti from a popular fast-food chain to enjoy with his siblings.

They are studying at the Unibersidad de Manila taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing.

For Juan, their success did not affect his normal life as he still feels this way although there had been changes as more and more people have listen to their song.

He is also thankful that their song gained success during the time of pandemic as it created inspiration to many people.

Blessing po talaga ito,” he said.

The fact that even celebrities love their song also boosted their confidence and he is very much ecstatic to have guested on Eat Bulaga twice.

Behind his success at a young age, Juan also suffered his fair share of heartaches. He shared that his mother died when he was eleven years old. Parang inareglo lang po,” the Marikit singer said.

He basically grew up under the care of his grandmother, the mother of his 36-year-old father who is working as a clerk of perfume in a mall. ” Sixteen years old siya nang mag-asawa,” Juan said.

He also shared that he does not want to forget his roots.
