President Duterte Not “Sick” But “Frail” Due To Being Emotional Over Death Of Soldiers
PNP KILLING OF SOLDIERS – Recently, the Palace dismissed claims that President Duterte was sick and emphasized that he was just “emotional” over the death of Soldiers in Jolo Sulu in the hands of police.
On Monday, a sick-looking Duterte visited the troops in Zamboanga City. As such, this sparked concerns for the President’s health. However, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said “That’s not health-related. It’s more of an emotional issue”.
According to Roque, Duterte was just saddened by the death of the four soldiers in Sulu who was killed by police. Furthermore, he noted how Duterte’s voice cracked while meeting the soldiers and police involved in the incident.

As per the report, President Duterte remained neutral about the incident and said that he would let the National Bureau of Investigation find the truth. Meanwhile, he assured the soldiers that the NBI would give an impartial probing of the killing.
