Bea Alonzo Recounts How Kapamilya Network Changed Her Life
BEA ALONZO – Actress Bea Alonzo s recounted how the ABS-CBN network changed her life.
The largest television network in the Philippines, ABS-CBN, went off the air after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order on May 5. The government recently forced the shutdown of its digital TV transmission using Sky Cable’s SkyDirect and TVPlus.
Several celebrities reacted about the new cease and desist order from NTC. In a report, Senator Risa Hontiveros asked the NTC to reconsider the shutdown orders against the tv network’s subsidiary Sky Cable and TVPlus.
On Saturday, July 4, Bea Alonzo took to her Instagram account to air her support for the Kapamilya network. She said the media network molded her into the person she is today.
“Malaki ang pinagbago ng buhay ko dahil sa ABS-CBN. Pero alam nyo na yun. Alam nyo nang naitaguyod ko ang pamilya ko dahil sa tulong nila, at alam nyo na ring malaki ang natutunan ko sa aspeto ng pag-arte dahil sa mga taong nakatrabaho ko mula dito. Alam nyo nang lahat yun.”
“Siguro, ang hindi ninyo alam, maski ako, nagtatanong, bilang Pilipino, ano ba ang tama? Ano ba ang ikabubuti ng karamihan?” she added.
Bea Alonzo shared how the ABS-CBN network changed her life and the lives who became part of the company. She said the media network paved the way for her to provide for her family and fulfill her dreams.
The 32-year-old celebrity also uploaded throwback photos. Amid the company’s franchise issue, she remarked that she will always be a Kapamilya.
“Gusto kong magdasal para sa desisyong magbabago ng maraming buhay. Nawa’y gabayan tayo ng Maykapal. Kahit anong mangyari, babalik ako sa simula, kahit saan ako dalhin, ako’y isang kapamilya, nakaukit yan sa puso ko,” she said.
