Romnick Sarmenta Slams Netizen Who Called his New Girlfriend ‘Harlene’

ROMNICK SARMENTA- Actor bravely slams netizen who called his current indie-film actress girlfriend by his former wife’s name.

Romnick Sarmenta, 48, bravely fought back to an internet troll who allegedly intended to call his current girlfriend, indie film-actress Barbara Ruaro by his former wife’s name Harlene Bautista.

In an Instagram post of Barbara where she and Romnick were seen smiling with each other with a caption “Guess it’s safe to say you’re my favorite person,” a troll commented. The troll’s comment was exceptional, which targetted the actor.

The netizen said “Yan nb ngaun c harlene?” “Bakit parang nag iba ang mukha.” The troll called Barbara as ‘Harlene’ as he though Harlene Bautista is with Romnick in the photo.

The actor then replied the netizen with a streak of sarcasm saying “Hindi ko po alam kung nagpapatawa kayo o di kayo nagbabasa… iba po ang pangalan. At hindi po cute yung comment.”

He also added that Instagram users are free to believe what they want. But Romnick reminds people that they should not dive into issues even if they do not understand.

“Pwede nyo namang i-search, at paniwalaan ang gusto ninyong paniwalaan … Pero di dapat magsalita hanggang walang alam na katotohanan,” he added.

Barbara, however, slammed the netizen despite Romnick’s calm approach to him. The indie film-actress belittle the troll for commenting on the said post without reading the caption.

According to the actress, she cannot afford to give up on the unresponsive “internet trolls.” She said, even though he has no knowledge of the issue, the trolls are still saying it “for a little social media exposure.”
