Catriona Gray’s Miss Universe Memorabilia Up For Auction At Shop & Share
SHOP & SHARE – Filipina-Australian Beauty queen Catriona Gray gave one of the items she used during the Miss Universe 2018 pageant at celebrity auction Shop & Share.
On May 18, Kapamilya actresses Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis relaunched their “Shop & Share” project to help fund the mass testing in the county. The initiative started in 2009 to help the families affected by Typhoon Ondoy.
Angel and Anne invited their fellow celebs to donate their pre-loved items. Among the celebrities who supported their initiative is Kim Chiu. She said the proceeds of her “Bawal Lumabas” merch will go to Angel’s mass testing project.
On Sunday, Kim Chiu proudly announced that her own t-shirt line has sold out. It’s just two weeks since she launched her merchandise. She said, “classmates!!!!! #BawalLumabasMerch OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT this morning!!! never thought this shirt for a cause will be a success in less than 2 weeks malaki po ang matutulong nito sa mga pamilyang bawal paring lumabas and donation for mass testing!”
Recently, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray announced on her Instagram Story that she will help Angel Locsin raise funds for the mass testing in the country. She said the pin she used during the preliminary competition in up for auction.
“My MU candidate pin that I wore in the prelims of Miss Universe means so much to me, but I’ve decided to dedicate to a cause…”
“It’s currently up for auction. All proceeds going towards aiding the government’s efforts to provide mass testing,” she added.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, the starting price of Catriona Gray’s pin is P20,000. As of this writing, the latest bid is at P600,000.00. the bidding will close on June 11 at 9 am.
