John Lloyd Cruz met with local officials in Cebu
A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz was spotted in meeting with local officials in Cebu and they will be working on a project.
Lloydie is quite at home in the said province in the Visayas region. When he and former partner Ellen Adarna revealed their relationship, the actor has been spotted mingling with the locals.
After they broke up, the actor’s bond with the province was not cut off because of their son Elias Modesto because Ellen is a native of Cebu. In a previous report, Lloydie was seen talking with the Barangay Captain of Guadalupe, Cebu for his plan to donate amid the lockdown.
Just recently, he fulfilled that plan and donated vitamins for children as well as for frontliners. He was also spotted in the barangay hall processing his barangay clearance for his travel back to Manila.
However, it seemed that Lloydie will still go back to Cebu because of a project that he is planning to do, based on the Twitter post of The Freeman. He had a meeting with the local officials of Brgy. San Nicolas.
It was said that they talked about programs for the youth in the said barangay. A photo was taken during the said meeting and John Lloyd Cruz was talking with the SK Chairman and the Barangay Captain.
Meanwhile, the showbiz comeback of the A-list actor was set to happen early this year. His shooting for his comeback movie already started but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was stopped.
Fans also got excited when he and his former leading lady Bea Alonzo had their first Instagram Live together. However, it received negative comments when they revealed that it was a part of the experimental film of director Antoinette Jadaone.
