John Lloyd Cruz had this charitable endeavor
Kapamilya A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz donated vitamins for children and frontliners in Guadalupe, Cebu.
It is not quite surprising that Lloydie is in the said province in the Visayas amid the COVID-19 pandemic. His former partner Ellen Adarna is from Cebu and since they are co-parenting now their son Elias Modesto, he needed to be there.
Last April, photos of the A-list actor talking to the barangay captain in the said area surfaced. He was asking what help he can extend to the people of Guadalupe.
Before the month of May finally ends, John Lloyd Cruz fulfilled his promise. Based on the Twitter post of Cebu-based news entity The Freeman, the A-list actor donated boxes of vitamins that will be distributed to children and frontliners.
It was also said that he has been staying in Guadalupe since the start of the enhanced community quarantine. Here are the photos of John Lloyd’s charitable endeavor in Cebu.
Meanwhile, last May 28, photos of John Lloyd Cruz waiting at the queue at the barangay hall also surfaced. He was holding a document as he was waiting for his turn to get a barangay clearance for his travel to Manila. he was even indulgent to pose for selfies with the people there.
From the time that Lloydie took his showbiz hiatus back in October of 2017, he started to be more visible in public places mingling with ordinary people.
However, apparently, that did not diminish his star status as many fans are still waiting for him to do another movie or TV series once again. He is set to have his comeback movie before the COVID-19 pandemic happened.
