Plantation of Illegal Drugs Found by Kalinga PPO at Mountainous Area Near Isabela
The personnel of Kalinga PPO discovered a plantation of illegal drugs at a mountainous area near the boundary of Kalinga and Isabela.
Nowadays, illegal drug has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. It is also one of the major reasons why the rate of criminality in the country continue to increase.
The Philippine government is already implementing stricter rules and regulations as well as exerting extra effort to eradicate the illegal drugs in the country. However, several people are secretly proliferating illegal substances.
Recently, the Twitter page of “Manila Bulletin News” has shared the photos of some men of Kalinga PPO destroying the plantation of illegal drugs at the mountainous area near the boundary of Brgy Lacnog, Tabuk, Kalinga and Brgy Minagbag, Quezon, Isabela.
The authorities found the plantation of MJ while in foot patrol. Kalinga PPO uprooted and burned over 1,050 fully grown illegal plants. The DDB value of recovered drugs is worth P210,000.00.
