On Thursday, May 13, Bela Padilla finally showed a step-by-step guide on how she does her everyday makeup routine following several requests from the netizens. “I got a lot of requests to do a makeup tutorial so since I actually do have work today… I decided to fix up a bit,” she said.
Bela Padilla said she’s using Safeguard charcoal to wash her face before applying any makeup. She loved using it because it makes her face clearer.
