Our grandparents should be treated with care and respect because they represent our tradition and ancestry. Most parents advise their children to act politely in front of them and must show that we value and respect them.
Most grandchildren want to make the life of their grandparents comfortable. Elderly people love it when their apo make time out of their busy schedule to spend time with them.
Our grandparents are among the people who could give us the best advice. They have a high level of wisdom because of their vast life experiences.
Sadly, there are people who don’t appreciate or respect them. We don’t know the reason behind it, but it’s disconcerting for the young to watch.
On Thursday, May 7, a video of 2 women disrespecting their grandmother in front of little kids went viral on social media. The disturbing video was shared on the ‘Solid Mayor Isko Supporters’ Facebook Page.
It can be seen in the video that a woman had an argument with her grandmom. She hit her with a water dipper then later pointed her with a knife. Another woman joined in and slapped the old woman. A little girl can be seen running around while the other adults were just listening to their quarrel.
