The street dweller voluntarily gives his savings. He gives it to a church in Mandaluyong city for those poor people in need while the lockdown in Metro Manila still exists, shared Fr. Hans Magdurulang of San Felipe Neri Parish.

According to ABS-CBN, April 21 when they were down from church service to eat when the guard called them. Magdurulang saw the man, named Francisco Lopez and he thought the man would have asked for help. But they were surprised when it gives the money worth P3,000.

Lopez allegedly had a home, but after his mother’s death, he began to move around and live in the street. Passerby and random people allegedly give him money, according to Magdurulang.

Nagkatinginan kami, dahil hindi biro yung inaabot niya, 3,000 is 3,000,” he added.

He said Lopez was provided food, and also recieved assistance given to those in need. Magdurulang praised Lopez’s work, even though his money came from begs he still able to give it to needy people.

“‘Yung isang taong mukhang walang-wala at mukhang mahina ang siyang nagpaalala sa atin ng sinabi ni Mother Teresa na, ‘It’s not how much you do or give, but how much love you put into what you give and what you do’,” Magdurulang said.
