Here’s the truth about comedian Babajie death reports coming from his family.
BABAJIE DEATH REPORTS – The family of GMA comedian Babajie reveals his true current condition and what happened to them in the past months.
Alfredo Cornejo in real life or well-known to be called as Babajie, was recently reported to be dead which is not true according to his family. He is accordingly alive and fighting to be after suffering sudden weight loss. The death rumors was refuted by his sister by posting a photo with him.
The comedian is known for his sharp and elongated chin. It was his unique feature which made him appear in GMA-7’s gag show Bubble Gang for several times. He is 35 years old and lives in Malibay, Pasay.
According to his mother based on the report from PEP, she noticed his sudden weight loss and encouraged him to undergo some lab tests in order to determine the reason behind that symptom. To which he did but then the lockdown happened and they were not able to get the tests results.
They noticed the drastic physical changes in him last week of February. They went to several hospitals in Pasay but got rejected to all of it. These hospitals reasoned out he can’t be admitted because he is still strong and can still walk.
That’s when they decided to just let him stay in their house but then, he gets weaker in each passing day. It even reached to the point where he cannot open his eyes. Last April 25, as his condition continues to get worse, they asked for their barangay’s help to go to a hospital in Pasay but they were referred to San Lazaro Hospital where he finally got admitted as per report.
